Project performance review
State required wind, water, air, thermal and acoustic performance. Ask for reports covering the proposed system and configuration. Safety glazing, locks and opening restrictors must be reviewed for the intended users and local requirements.

Application and coordination
Coordinate thresholds, wall interfaces, drainage, access and installation responsibility. Gulf projects should identify solar exposure and dust; African projects should specify the actual local climate, ventilation needs and coastal exposure.

Delivery and quotation
Send an opening schedule, drawings, quantities, destination, desired arrival date and project stage. Agree specification and samples before production; quotation should identify packing, shipping terms and installation exclusions.
